Change Asset Colour based on values

I would like a system where the colour of the graph, or bar, changes based on a configuration table of values.

i.e.  0 = Red, 1 = YELLOW, 2 = BLUE etc..

This could be used in situation where you want to display the Status information of an asset over time (see Image). In the example shown, its very clear the the user what the status of the Tank/Vessel was over the selected time period.  (where the status values are say 0 to 10)
