gRPC Limits

Curious about the reason for the lower gRPC limits when compared to webAPI. Is it safe to increase? Our testing showed speed improvements with gRPC over the webAPI but the overhead of all the additional requests due to the 10k limit adds up with larger exports.

    I see most customers hit this limit at some point. I usually add a zero at the end one at a time until people stop reporting being blocked. Just today I took someone from 10k to 100k. Is that safe? 🤷‍♂️ have I seen issues yet? Nope. Usually the Excel users are the first to see it.
