Feature Request - Unobsolete tags thru admin by uploading a csv file

If tags are obsoleted in current dataset file in error, there is no way to "Unobsolete" those tags using the Admin console. It would be very helpful if a CSV file containing the tags to unobsolete could be uploaded. The Web Write API 'unobsolete' method can be used to do this, however having unobsolete functionality in the Admin console would be very helpful. Note: Understand this would only work on the current dataset file and if the file is rolled there is no way to unobsolete tags once that has happened.
