"Axiom Error: 'Bad: An Error Occurred'"

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue where Axiom is working fine for one user, but when another user logs in, they receive the error message: "Bad: an error occurred while processing your request."

Has anyone faced this before? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

PS: We have added the Users in the "Access" Section as well as in the "License" Section.
