Change GetTagProperties to allow for the pulling of 1 property

This should be an easy "adjacent possible" change.  The GetTagProperties function within Canary Excel Add-In allows us to pull 9 properties of a Canary Tag into Excel, but most of time end users just need to pull Descriptions, Engineering Units, or Limits and don't need the entire 9 item list.  This should be easy to do.  Ideally, we could have a checkbox to select what properties that we want to see.
