Bulk Edit ACLs

In Admin>Identity, there used to be a handful of ACLs and it was easy to update them. Now, with an ACL for each tile, there are dozens. When I set up a new system, I have to remove the defaults on every single one and add my new groups. It takes quite a while. And direct db changes would make me nervous.
It would be great if there was a way to bulk edit somehow.
