Scheduled Refresh issues with PowerBI

I have an end user reporting a problem with "scheduled refresh", which I guess is a feature built into PowerBI. He's coming in through the Canary API. It asking him to enter the data source credentials but they are greyed out. Has anybody else run into this? I'll be honest I don't know really anything about PowerBI so I'm not sure if this is a Canary issue or PowerBI config issue.
