Allow renaming of machines in Diagnostic tags

I have a client that has a number of sites. They all have DeltaVs, and in every single site the OPC DA Collector machine is called APPS01. Which is not good for Diagnostics tags. We've only added one site so far, but we're not sure what will happen when we add the 2nd. Support things we'll have a race on our hands and the first one in wins. Meaning data will be an odd mix of all the machines.
If there was a simple machine name override, maybe in Admin Settings, that would be amazing. We could rename them to Site1-APPS01, Site2-APPS01, etc.
