How do I move a Historian license from one server to another?

I have an old server that is no longer going to be used and would like to migrate those tag licenses to another existing historian that we have licensed.  Essentially I am moving 100 tags from an old historian to an existing 500 tag license so we would now have a single historian licensed for 600 tags.
